What is Accelerated Boot Camp?

Austin Adventure Accelerated Boot Camp is a 1 week, high intensity workshop intended to push all current and repeat campers to the next level of fitness.

Exercises will consist of:

  • Fat-burning circuits,
  • Cardio-increasing plyometric drills,
  • Killer leg exercises,
  • Ab-sculpting routines, and
  • Endurance running.
