Accelerated Boot Camp
What is Accelerated Boot Camp?
Austin Adventure Accelerated Boot Camp is a 1 week, high intensity workshop intended to push all current and repeat campers to the next level of fitness.
Exercises will consist of:
- Fat-burning circuits,
- Cardio-increasing plyometric drills,
- Killer leg exercises,
- Ab-sculpting routines, and
- Endurance running.

NOTE: There are NO pre- or post-camp evaluations for the 1 week advanced camp. Thank you!
