Stephanie Delk
Business Operations Manager

Stephanie is a current Southwest boot camper turned operations manager. She has a background in Music and Business Administration and has spent the last 5 years independently studying fitness with an emphasis on weight loss.

In less than a year, Stephanie has lost over 60 lbs with the help of Austin Adventure Boot Camp and loves to motivate her fellow boot campers.  Since October she has cut her mile run time in half and is using her new found energy to develop her first solo album and run her first 5K.

April Rojas
Assistant Boot Camp Coach

April, our Central Austin AM boot camp coach, is a graduate from Texas State University with a degree in Health & Fitness Management and Nutrition. She's earned certifications from A.C.E and I.F.P.A for personal training and aerobics. She also is a Nationally Certified Aquatic Specialist U.S.W.F.A.  April has a background working for different hospitals as a Cardiac Rehab Specialist, Exercise Physiologist and Nutritional Health Educator.

She was recently married in Hawaii to her best friend of 12 years.


April developed a passion for exercise very early in her life when her father, a former Marine Infantry, would hold weekly workouts in their garage. Inspired by her father, she went on to develop his skills to motivate and encourage others that "fitness is for life." Watching her father workout 365 days a year at age 51 motivated her to teach others to never quit!

Julie Littlefield
Assistant Boot Camp Coach

Julie Littlefield, our Northwest Austin AM boot camp coach, started out as a frequent Austin Adventure Boot Camper. She has a background in long-distance running, but found herself needing to get back in shape for a Labor Day 2006 weekend trip with friends. After the first camp, she was hooked, and went on to lose 20 lbs and improve her mile time by over 2 minutes.

In 2007, Julie took a brief sabbatical from advertising sales and received her personal trainer certification from NASM.

Kelly Swartz
Assistant Boot Camp Coach

Kelly Swartz, our Southwest Austin PM and Bee Cave/Lakeway AM boot camp coach, is a NASM certified personal trainer who has always had a passion for athletics and fitness. A Division I college basketball player and recent inductee to the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame, Kelly learned how to use physical fitness to enhance her athletic abilities on the basketball court. Following her college career, Kelly developed a passion for running and has completed over 50 5K & 10K races, a half marathon, and a sub 4 hour marathon.

Kelly and her husband Mike own The Melting Pot Restaurants in Austin and have two daughters, Emma and Addison. The challenge of balancing work, family, and wellness is something Kelly is very familiar with. She enjoys finding creative ways to blend all three.

Amy Owens
Assistant Boot Camp Coach

Amy Owens, our Bee Cave/Lakeway AM boot camp coach, is a certified personal trainer who enjoys helping people of all ages to reach their healthy lifestyle goals. She became a personal trainer and lifestyle coach to educate others of the benefits of exercise and the importance of a balanced strength training and cardiovascular program.

Prior to becoming a personal trainer, Amy spent over 10 years in corporate America as an award-winning interior designer and can sympathize with the challenges of balancing work and life. As a mother of two and more recently a figure competitor, Amy now strives to inspire individuals from all backgrounds to achieve balance.

Andrea Rosch
Assistant Boot Camp Coach

Andrea, our Round Rock AM boot camp coach, is a graduate of Texas State University. She holds a degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a major in Heath and Fitness Management. Andrea is an avid runner and has completed the Motorola Marathon three times as well as many other races. She's taught weight training, circuit training, water aerobics, NIA, stretch and relaxation, and hiking.

Besides her commitment to fitness, Andrea is also a working musician performing with multiple bands on a regular basis. She has been singing professionally for over 9 years and continues to write, record, and perform music spanning many genres.

 


As a wife and a mother, Andrea brings fitness and nutrition into her family's home. Her husband and son (and even their cat!) have learned much from Andrea about living a healthy, happy lifestyle.

Laura Torres
Assistant Boot Camp Coach

Laura, our Pflugerville AM boot camp coach, is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, who has completed many 5Ks, 10Ks, a half-marathon, and a triathlon.

Prior to becoming a personal trainer, Laura struggled with a
gradual weight gain of about 60 pounds and was determined
to make a positive change in her life. She realized that modifying her diet and adding exercise was the answer. Laura shed the pounds and fell in love with fitness!


Laura, a wife and mother of one, hopes to eventually obtain her ACE Group Fitness and Lifestyle and Weight Management Certifications, run a marathon, and make fitness her full-time career.

Karen Solana
Assistant Boot Camp Coach

Karen, an ACE certified personal trainer, helped start our Northwest Austin AM boot camp back in 2006 before relocating to Ohio with her family. She recently moved back and will be subbing in around south and central Austin.

 


Karen has taught aerobics, worked in a gym, completed many 5K and 10K races, duatlons, triathlons, and a even marathon. She is a busy mother of three who always finds time for fitness.

Michelle Hittner
Assistant Boot Camp Coach

Michelle is a licensed massage therapist who has been a group fitness instructor and marathon training coach for the last 5 years. She has completed several marathons, running events of all distances, cycling races. and multi-sport events. One of her personal goals is to improve her swimming for her next triathlon.

Michelle is passionate about fitness and helping others reach their fitness goals. She feels there is nothing better than helping others challenge and succeed beyond their personal limits and maintain a health lifestyle.


Michelle also enjoys yoga, rowing on Town Lake , and walking her two dogs with her husband, Todd. She loves her friends, family and life in Austin.
